1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Packetlab.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Deimantas Baltrusis ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Packetlab is an interactive, visual network simulator for educational purposes. It is offered in two tiers:

  • Free — access to beginner and simple scenarios at no cost.
  • Pro — full access to all scenarios via a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, VAT, and refunds. By purchasing a Pro plan you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) share Pro account access with others; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scenarios, animations, and code on Packetlab.io are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
